How long does shipping take?

Shipping time varies by location. These are our estimates:

What are your shipping methods?

Packages from our centralized fulfillment center in Asia will be shipped by ePacket or EMS depending on the weight and size of the product. Packages shipped from our US warehouse are shipped through USPS.

if you reside in the USA and ordered a product that is not in stock in our warehouse in the USA, we use our warehouse in Asia and send from there through ePacket or EMS with the same delivery time of 7 to 15 days.

I ordered more than 1 item, and i have only received one item, why is that?

We do our best to reduce cost on your end so that you don’t have to pay high taxes/premiums to get your items ! If you place an order with us for multiple items it is more than likely going to be shipped in more than one package. Please allow some time for all of your items to arrive. Sometimes we also post a lower price than you paid for your item in the package description to avoid being taxed at customs.

Do you ship worldwide?

Yes. We provide free shipping on orders over $25 to over 200 countries around the world. However, there are some location we are unable to ship to. If you happen to be located in one of those countries we will contact you.

What about customs?

We are not responsible for any custom fees once the items have shipped. By purchasing our products, you consent that one or more packages may be shipped to you and may get custom fees when they arrive to your country.

Do you provide tracking information?

Yes, you will receive an email once your order ships that contain your tracking information.

Where can I track my order?

You can track your order on our website in the “Track your order” tab and enter the order data.

My tracking says “no information available at the moment”.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.

Orders with incorrect address information.

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Any packages returned due to a wrong or incorrect address will be reshipped at the cost of the purchaser. Quick! Take a glance or two and double check your address is right. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

If you have the incorrect address information and let us know within 12 hours, we can take care of that. 

Where do your products ship from?

We source our inventory from several locations within the US, Europe, and Asia. In order to keep our inventory affordable, fresh, and up to date with the latest styles we have a centralized fulfillment center in Asia which we ship most of our products.

How much does shipping cost?

International standard shipping is free on all orders over US $ 25. For orders below US $ 25, there is a flat rate of US $ 4,90.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES

What is your refund policy?

We love what we do and we want you to love your items! Brand new unworn, with no visible wear, smells, or animal hair may be returned within 30 days after arrival. We cannot refund FREE items as we pay shipping costs for these items. You would be responsible for return shipping in any case you want a refund.

Please note all shipping costs are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping.

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your goods have been delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund of any kind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition as received. It must also be in the original packaging.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Please do not send your purchase back to us unless we authorise you to do so.

How do i return my order?

To return your orders we have a specialized center for these purposes, which is located in Portugal, if you wish to return your order you can send to the following address Rua da Pontinha 12, Torres Novas, Santarem PT 2350-167.

Your order number must be notated in the package.

Customers are responsible for return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Once we receive returned packages they are inspected & will be processed within 3-6 business days. If you are approved for a refund, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

ORDERS CHANGES/CANCELLATIONS?

Can I cancel my order?

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.

How do i edit or change my order?

Once your order has been submitted it can no longer be modified. Please make sure to double and triple check that all items you loved are in your cart, the address your order is being shipped to is spot on, and the payment method you are using is good to go!

Discount codes and price adjustments.

Who doesn’t love a Sale! Because our sales are only temporary, not a permanent price change, we are unable to honor any price adjustments. Coupon codes must be entered at the time of purchase, no adjustments will be made if a code is not entered at the time of purchase.

Sale items.

FREE items are all FINAL SALE & cannot be returned or exchanged.

Which means of payment do you accept?

We accept PayPal, MasterCard, Visa or American Express. If you wish to pay with a debit card, please associate it with your PayPal account.

When am i charged for my order?

To get your items packed and out to you as soon as possible, your credit card is charged when you place an order. Though we check all orders very carefully before shipping, we cannot be responsible for incorrect information like credit card entries or addresses. Please review your order carefully before submitting your order!

Why didn´t i get my free item?

You cannot order a paid item with a free item. If you order a paid item with a free item you must choose free item as your shipping to receive your free item!

Why is my free item taking so long to ship?

Due to high volume orders on FREE items. Shipping & handling tends to take longer.
